How Kyra Law is built as a ‘new model’ AI-first law firm, designed from scratch around AI rather than retrofitting AI into a traditional firm structure.

The firm focuses mainly on startups and scale-ups, especially clients between pre-seed and Series B who often need commercial contracts, MSAs, and funding-round support.

Kyra operates on an unreserved legal basis in the UK, with regulated lawyers doing the work but the business itself not set up as a traditional regulated law firm.

The firm’s value proposition is speed and price: published fixed fees, same-day turnaround on many matters, and materially lower costs than big law firms.
